Click for profile 		well the thing is Im australian and on my way to Calgary area for 3 months but dont have a work visa . How hard is it to get a cash job or work for board type thing ?
will it happen or is it possible Im going to freeze living in a cardboard box ...

Click for profile 		why would you come without a work visa? they arnt they hard to get are they. Yeah its not like Australia here, not a lot of cash under the table jobs.. I think you can work at the hostel for free board. Good luck with your travels here! Calgary rocks!

Cash jobs in the winter months are very hard to come by. Calgary has a street where people looking for a cash job can wait for employers willing to pay cash for a one time job called "Cash Corner". It is located south of the city core.
