New Member Registered	July 10 / 06 Hello Everyone; If anyone has recent mud experience, or potential contacts the input would be much appreciated. I am considering a move to Alberta to work in the patch - trained and worked as a pilot/ mud man (25 years ago) for 2 years on water based systems for Diversified Mud Calgary, and Northern Mud, Ft ST John, and was wondering if my experience - refreshed - would be attractive job wise to drilling fluid companies. Background. BOP Certificate (NAIT), Drilling Fluids Certificate, (Maurier Tech TX), Sour gas course, BA degree, commercial fixed wing with about 900 hours mostly on Cessna 185 / 180 / 172 skis / floats. Commercial helicopter including turbine (Bell 206 endorsement) clean background in all respects. Lots of corporate contract and sales experience at this point including stints as senior management for business development. Honest, hard worker, presentable, top health, will relocate / travel as required. Licenses would need to be upgraded, as would mud experience, but a quick willing learner so this should present no problems. Does anyone out there know of any mud companies using light aircraft who might be interested? Any idea of current salary levels? Any / all advice appreciated. Best regards, Seca
