Can someone tell me what go it is to get custody because the father is still abusing me mentaly with the children and he tells me what he will do . He has refuse to return one of the children and that is when I had to file for custody.I do not wish to make thing harder on the children.
When I call for the police to help when he trying to force his way in. They said they don't get involve. When the other family member call for the police to patrol were I lived , they sajusted I fill for custody; but now they tell me that if I don't her from the children in a week then they will look in to it ., By then were will he be?. He doesn't let me speake to the children unless he can be there to listen;he has ident a call, so how has the custody?The police don't seem to be there to protect because. He was physicaly, mentaly ,abuses,but I tried to make it work and didn't report it ,but the children witness it ,he left with my best friend;they were having a afair when I would work to support are family.The lawyer that I had to get is through pro bo no.The father has a unresgested gun that he said in court didn't work ,but how those he now and the court didn't do anything. I have always work for low salaries but he never could keep a job! He was completly controlling to how I spoke , if I wanted to see family or frends, the money, the bills and I took it for word that the bills had been paid only to find out that my name is now in the collection office; and he is still controlling mentally abuse and even at work ,I think he is also trying to make me lost my job!He isn't paying support. What is the justice in this?

I would like to now if there is a law for children 7 ,9 to wear a helmet? If so would a bike helmet be O.K.
I don't wish there father to tell c.f.s.
He has told the children that they will not be able to go !
