Hello, I need some advice on buying a used vehicle, like what to look for. I have been shopping around at used car lots but there prices seem a lot higher than ads in the paper. I am having trouble with paper ads though cause I dont know what to ask or look for when I get there. Can anyone reccomend a book or someting?

Dude, a few days ago I passed out on the c-train in Calgary and I was woken up by a leprechaun who pissed on my shoe. I grabbed him by the shitty green coat he was wearing and then he smoked me with his sha-lay-le then ran off. Does than count as paranormal?

If you cant get a job right now in Alberta for $20 an hour + educated or not there has to be someting your doing wrong. Cover up that swastika tattoo on you arm, as a minimum try and wear unsoiled clothing to your interview, abstain from alcohol for at least 1 hour prior and use paper to write your resume on, not a cocktail napkin from Hooters. Follow that advice and you will have any job you want. You owe me big.

The first thing you will have to do if your wanting to come to Canada is learn english. Aussie jibberish words like "dodgy" wont fly here "mate". PS. Sorry about Steve Erwin, he was the man.

tell him to check out the parts listings on websites like buysell, auto trader and albertasuperseller.com, there is a bunch right now in the Red Deer area of albertasuperseller.com, hoods and such, i dont know if they are for a windstar though.

Thanks for the advice! I have since listed in AutoTrader.ca and on AlbertaSuperSeller.com, hopefully I sell it soon! I have been doing some research and found some helpful sites like www.theusedcarguru.com and a few others for anyone else who is selling a used car.

I have been trying to sell my used Acura for about 2 months now, I have tried trader but they charge outrageous amounts, like $100.00 for 2 weeks and after two months I have given up on that. (not to mention every second phone call is a telemarketer asking me to list with them for 100-150 bucks!) I tried putting a for sale sign in the window with no luck and the Acura dealership offered me 16 thousand less than I paid brand new and the car is 1 year old and has 20 thousand Kilometers in it. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
I see this site has a classified section, but I need something that gets more exposure, I need to sell fast!
