posted in Universal Energy Scam: Rates Higher than Local PUC 03 July 2008 8:14 PM I was approached by a sales rep from UE this evening. I did show the sales rep a copy of the utility bill but did not sign on the application form. Even so, I am not feeling comfortable about this as I am concern that they can forge the signature? What are my options now? Do I need to call UE to get a cancellation number? Not sure if I can do this as I did not sign anything and I do not have any application number to quote to the customer service. I am planning to just call my local provider to let them know not to switch my account over to other company. What else do I need to do in order to ensure that I am entering into a contract that I did not sign on?	Ontario Forum
